A Matter of Balance is an eight-week program to help adults 60 years old and up realize that falls and the fear of falling are controllable. Participants will learn to set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risks at home, and exercise to increase strength and balance. The class will meet on Mondays June 3 through July 22. Registration is required and space is limited. Call 314-862-4859 ext 24 to register. |
