| Event Description: |
A Matter of Balance, a free, eight-week program, helps adults 60 years old and up realize that falls and the fear of falling are controllable. Participants will learn to set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risks at home, and exercise to increase strength and balance.
The program runs April 1 through May 20, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. each week at University of Missouri Extension Center, 260 Brown Road, St. Peters, 63376. Class space is limited and registration is required—call 636-970-3000 or email, croweem@missouri.edu.
